I provide individual therapy for adults. While clients sometimes bring a second person for a session or two to assist with their therapy, I do not take children, families or couples as clients.

I am accepting cash-pay clients at present, but I am in process of being paneled with several insurance companies - check back for more information this summer or call the office to talk about options!

Your goals for therapy are central. You know what’s going on, how it is impacting you, and what your priority is. A single trauma you want EMDR for might be resolved in a matter of weeks, while unpacking a childhood of neglect and abuse might take months or years to treat.
What I can say is this: while I like to work in a gentle way that doesn’t exceed your capacity, the goal is to get you back to normal life and feeling better as soon as possible!

I don’t use AI to listen to client sessions or write the documentation. I prefer to be conservative about new technology when your confidentiality is at stake. And, I choose to write all documentation myself because I like to spend that time thinking about your needs and the next step in your treatment!
So I don’t use AI in the therapy room. If that ever changes, clients will be the first to know and have a voice on it.

I work with individual adults of all ages from a variety of backgrounds. If you're motivated to get better and willing to implement things you learn outside of session as well, we're probably a good fit!
We're probably not a good fit if you're coming because someone else wants you to come or if the pace of life will prevent you from consistently attending appointments - it’s difficult to make therapeutic progress without regular appointments.
Schedule your free consultation today to discuss what you’re looking for in therapy and how that might fit in with the work I do.

I am a person of deep faith, but I have worked equally with people of faith, no faith and uncertain faith. Spirituality has been part of every session for some clients and has not come up at all for other clients.
You as the client decide if/when spirituality intersects with the therapy room. My goal is for you to find the help you’re looking for!
